There are moments when you feel like you have to be strong for everyone.
Like you can’t show weakness.
Like asking for help means you’ve failed.
But strength doesn’t mean carrying everything alone.
You’re human.
And humans are not built to handle everything by themselves.
It’s okay to share the weight.
It’s okay to talk about what’s heavy.
It’s okay to lean on someone when you need support.
Asking for help doesn’t make you weak.
It makes you honest.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do
is admit that you’re struggling.
You don’t have to explain everything.
You don’t have to fix everything today.
You just need to take care of yourself enough to keep going.
You’re allowed to rest in the presence of others.
You’re allowed to receive support, not just give it.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
And you were never meant to.
