You’re Doing Better Than You Think

That matters.

You’ve grown in ways you don’t always notice.
You’ve become more aware.
More patient.
More resilient.

Not every improvement is loud or obvious.
Some of the most important changes happen quietly inside you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to be perfect to be progressing.

Give yourself some credit.
You’re handling more than you used to.

And even on hard days,
you are still moving forward.
