There is a strange guilt that comes with wanting more.
As if being grateful means staying exactly the same.
As if desiring growth means rejecting your present life.
But growth doesn’t cancel gratitude.
You can appreciate where you are
while still dreaming of something better.
Wanting more peace doesn’t mean your life is bad.
Wanting clarity doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful.
Wanting change doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means you’re aware.
Awareness is the beginning of growth.
You’re allowed to notice what no longer fits.
You’re allowed to imagine a life that feels lighter.
You’re allowed to aim for improvement without shame.
Change doesn’t start with rejection.
It starts with honesty.
Be thankful for the lessons this stage is teaching you.
Then take responsibility for shaping the next one.
You don’t have to hate your current situation to outgrow it.
You just have to be honest about what you need now.
Growth can come from appreciation, not frustration.
And when it does, it feels calmer—and more sustainable.
Keep going.
You’re allowed to want more.
